Eligibility for Refund
We offer a 100% refund within 7 days of your original purchase date—no questions asked.

• Your request must be made within 7 days of purchase.

• The refund applies only to first-time purchases of SFX packs (not renewals or upgrades).

• You must not have downloaded or accessed more than 2 sound files from your purchase.

Non-Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are not offered for:

• Lifetime deal purchases or heavily discounted bundles.

• Renewals or upgrades (customers are responsible for cancelling before renewal).

• Purchases showing excessive downloads or misuse.

• Requests made after 7 days from purchase.

• Products once fully downloaded or accessed beyond the allowed limit.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@revupsound.com with:

• Your order email or invoice ID.

• Reason for the refund (optional).

We will review and respond to your request within 3–5 business days.

Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
